Our trusty neighbor has used this company for a long time. We followed his recommendation and called Bill to come take a look at our trees. I liked Bill's approach of saving the trees and keeping them healthy with strategic trimming to lighten the load. His price was very reasonable. On the day of service, the crew arrived promptly. Jeffery and Danny worked hard, fast, and were careful. No climbing spikes were used to prevent damaging healthy trees. The clean up was thoroughly done. Jeffery even found a baby dove and caringly brought it to us. We were able to find a home through the wildlife organization. We are extremely satisfied with Capitol Tree Care. We will continue to use their service in the future.

We have used Capital Tree Care on our personal home as well as on our clients' homes. Bill (the owner) knows his trees and is meticulous with preserving trees when we had a client that wanted a couple of trees preserved if at all possible. We've had trees removed, trees trimmed and pruned. Bill Shelton is a certified arborist so he is not just some tree guy who tells his team to cut down trees. He gave us important recommendations concerning some trees (on a clients' project) that showed some rotting. He gave us a reasonable quote with his team doing an outstanding job each time we've used them!

One of their employees today (10/27) was in a company pickup with a trailer and was dangerously whipping through several lanes of traffic on 28 Southbound in Dulles at 2:20 pm, displacing other vehicles as they barely dodged his swinging trailer. It looked like he was aggressively targeting a different (competing?) companies vehicle for an insurance scam! I wouldn't want an employee like that anywhere near anything I cared about. Stay safe out there folks!
