I needed a refresh and minor repairs for my stone patio, stairs and walkway. Not a big job but I contacted PT&L to see if they could do the work. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. They were responsive and very professional in all my contacts with them. I will recommend this company to all my friends because of the excellent work they do.

PT&L exceeded all expectations, they were professional, responsive, set proper timing expectations, underpromised and over delivered. My only regret, is that I didn't leverage their services earlier in my out door projects. Prior to working with PT&L ... I made the age old mistake of signing a contractor that was the least expensive.. and it was a disaster. PT&L came to me via a reference from a neighbor, and they came in, and not only fixed, but upscaled my gas outdoor fireplace. From my PM, Hans, to the crew that showed up every morning for a week to work, they all operate with a sense of urgency and professionalism that is unmatched. I'm already working with them on my next backyard project.

WOW! That says it all, but I'll still provide some info. I had a small project for some repair (mainly improvement) to an existing walkway and brickwork and had tried numerous contractors. Unfortunately, everyone wanted big-project prices for a small project, that is if they would even take on the job. Constant replies of "we only do large projects" made me very skeptical that I would be able to get this one done. Then, I found PT&L in the Gainesville/Haymarket Lifestyle magazine. Gave them a call and was told sure, we can take a look. Hans came out and gave me some encouraging info and said yes, they could certainly do the work. A short time after that I received the estimate, and it was less than half of what the "others" wanted. I agreed and off we went. Weather delayed the start, but once the crew got to work I was very impressed with their work ethic and overall willingness to go the extra mile. They never stopped working, didn't mess around with unnecessary things, and kept on the task at hand. When they were done, site cleanup was thorough, and they made sure to touch up any areas that needed it. The finished work looks great (we like it better than the original) very natural and definitely improved the overall look of our entry walkway. In addition to the original work, when I let Hans know there was a small touch up needed on something he didn't hesitate for a second to say it would be taken care of. A couple days later (after the rains cleared) the crew came back out, did the touch up and even touched up a couple other spots that I didn't even notice. Nothing major, just effects of the materials curing over a couple days. Needless to say, the touch ups were done with the same quality and attention to detail as the original project. My compliments to Elmer (lead) Juan, and the other gentleman whose name I did not get. They were polite, friendly, focused and obviously interested in doing a good job. My overall regret with choosing PT&L is that I have not used them sooner! I will make them my first choice in the future, recommend them to my neighbors and give them my highest recommendation to anyone that needs work done. Call these folks first...you won't regret it!

PT&L installed decking around our pool and did all the drainage and landscaping in our yard. Hans and the crew did an excellent job from the design through laying down the last of the sod. Greatly appreciated their help and expertise! We will be contacting them again in the spring to redesign our front garden. Highly recommend!
